Hello Everyone!

It was great to have a bigger class today! We repeated a lot of the same activities from last week, as Ryo was the only one who had been there for that class.

We started off with some general conversation questions and danced to a few songs, the played vocabulary baseball and a grid maze to practice “go forward”, “Turn left” and “Turn right”.

We had a boys vs. girls quiz on the smart-board about colours, animals, clothes and numbers, then tried to play “simon says”, but we are still finding that game a bit difficult.

During our writing time we worked on a maze worksheet, where the children had to find their way through and then write directions for how to get to the end.

After lunch we played musical chairs, red light green light and an action vocabulary matching game on the smart-board, then tried to make trees and flowers out of playdough.

After our gym time we watched my little pony while we ate our snack, then went down to the library and read “the fox in socks”, “blackie the crayon”, “harry the dirty dog” and several other stories.
