Hello everyone!

This week we moved on from our “when” topic to talk about “who”. After our usual morning questions and answers we talked about our families and I showed the kids some pictures of mine. We learned and practiced some new words, such as “brother”, “sister”, “father” and “grandpa”, played the mystery word game with “mother”, sang a couple of songs and played some team quiz challenges on the smart board.

During our writing time we went over the new vocabulary again, and then did an exercise about understanding questions about and family and finding the answers on a  family tree.

After lunch we played our usual games of musical chairs, red light/green light and duck duck goose, then said goodbye to Yunon and Tasuku. Next we made some things from play-dough (including a rather excellent rabbit) then went to the gym to get some exercise.

During our afternoon snack we watched some more My Little Pony, then headed down to the library to read a few stories.
