GREETINGS Saturday School Junior class!

We had a great sixth week in Saturday School juniors！We had a lot of fun! We played games, and we read the book `We`re going on a bear hunt` from Michael Rosen. The theme for the written work and vocabulary building today was the weather and seasons.

Phonics

• Basic phonics (a to u), vowel sound ou and ow

Grammar

• What`s the weather like (in Osaka)?
• It`s a good day to (make a snowman, play computer games, go to a museum, go to the beach).

Next Week in Juniors

We`ll focus on reading skills, and proper English pronunciation when speaking, and also improving everyday vocabulary.

Please encourage your child to watch English kids shows and movies with English subtitles, and to listen to English songs and read the lyrics along.
