International Children Festival /国際こども祭り

Abroad Osaka welcomed parents and students to the International Children Festival on Friday, September 20th. The event had three sessions,

- Session 1 (9:20 – 11:00): Infants – Toddlers – Preschool
- Session 2 (11:20 – 13:00): PreK – Kinder
- Session 3 (14:00 – 15:30): Primary and Secondary

Students enjoyed the event with their parents. Attendees were encouraged to wear costumes/clothes that represent a culture. There were country booths in different classes in which students got the chance to participate in the games and activities.

Different than the past years; students got Turkish ice-cream, cotton candy, popcorn, or shaved ice with the stamps they collected.

For each session first, we had the opening ceremony at the 10th floor.

ICF stamp cards were handed out to students and they visited culture booths to collect stamps. For every two stamps they collected, they got 1 type of food from the 10th floor! It was good to see all the students happy while they were choosing their favorite food.

9月20日(金)アブロード大阪ではICF（国際子ども祭り）が開催され、生徒と保護者が参加されました。

このイベントは3つのセッションに分かれていました。

セッション１(9:20 – 11:00): 1歳児、2歳児、年少

セッション２(11:20 – 13:00):年中、年長

セッション３(14:00 – 15:30): 小学部、中学部

生徒は保護者と一緒にイベントを楽しみました。また、参加者には自分の文化に関する服を着てきてもらいました。

各教室には様々な国のブースが用意され、ゲームやアクティビティを楽しむことができました。

昨年と異なる点は、生徒は集めたスタンプの数に応じてトルコアイス、綿菓子、ポップコーン、そしてかき氷をもらうことができた事です。

生徒たちはICFスタンプカードをもらって各ブースを回ってスタンプを集め、そして２つスタンプを集めるごとに10階でフードを１つもらうことができました。

生徒たちが好きな食べ物を選んでいる時の嬉しそうな顔を見ることができて、よかったです。
