Who can apply :

• AIS primary students  (G1-G4)
• AIS Graduates  (G1-G4)
• Other international school graduates or returnees (G1-G4) (Students need to have an intermediate level of English for the comprehension in the class.)

AIS  Welcome Class (5 ~  8 years old) – 15 children / session

Who can apply :

• Students who are going to be 5 years old before April 2nd 2016 are also eligible for the program.
• This is English Conversation Class for those students who have no international school experience.

Each session will be held with at least five or more students. Some classes might be combined in case of small number of students.

* Schedule may alter slightly according to the class and session.

*There will be a different theme set for each week for the classes. Students will take part in a wide range of activities based on the theme.

• Water bottle (preferably with a strap)

• A4 pocket folder (to put students worksheets files)

* Please label all of your child’s belongings to avoid confusion.

Reminders

• Please do not send your child to school if…

– A fever (99F/37.5C or more) is present.

– Vomiting or diarrhea is present.

• If any of these symptoms occur while your child is at school, you will be contacted to pick up your child immediately.
• Please call the office when your child going to be absent with the reason of illness or any other reason.
• For your child’s safety and security, no child will be allowed to change his/her regular way home without notification from a parent. This includes going home with another student or another adult.
• Please do not bring toys, it might be broken and loose at school.

2- We will contact you as soon as we receive your application.

3- After the confirmation of acceptance to the summer program, we will send you an invoice and kindly ask you to make the payment through our selected bank within one week following the issuing date of the invoice.
